Well, the cold weather is here again, so it must be time to think about Christmas. Last year this site received favourable reviews in several newspapers around the world, and I have to say that I was thrilled it received so much attention. This site is graphic-intensive and it also contains music, so be warned! You could always turn off your graphics, but you'd be missing the best part! To play the music, set up your browser to automatically play midi files, then click on the icon on each page. If you have Netscape 2 or 3 you'll see a few animated icons. One of my hobbies is Genealogy. When I'm not on the computer I spend my time hidden away in basements, searching through dusty volumes of births, marriages and deaths, hoping to find clues to my ancestry. This site is a resource for people researching their family tree. Although it is biased towards Manchester, it does contain information on a wide variety of categories related to genealogy and will point you to many on-line resources around the world.
